Project Overview (TKE Line)

Business need

In order to better service more than 280,000 residents and thousands of tourists who take this line, TKE needed a high-quality, efficient, effective public address system with state-of-the-art technology to convey train information to passengers in multiple languages, so it chose the world reputed Infologic DVAS system.

Benefits

User-friendly technology, flexible configuration for multiple languages and excellent voice quality of the software maximized the efficiency of the train station operations.

Solution

The public address system provided based on Infologic DVAS system runs on Windows Platform with user-friendly GUI that includes the point and click environment, with comprehensive on-line help always available.

Business need

Disneyland Resort in Hongkong tries to attract millions of people throughout the world so that the it turned to world reputed Infologic PIDS system to provide highly effective and efficient flight information with state of the art technology to the passengers.

Benefits

A reliable system, yet highly flexible. Also, by integrating, automating and personalizing the flow of train information, the Infologic PIDS helped the train station optimized its operations.

Solution

Infologic provided a Windows-based solution which provides an active-hot standby redundant system. The solution is not only highly reliable but also highly flexible system. It can be upgraded and expanded very easily. No major software changes were required and minimal impact to the airport operations during the upgrading exercise. The Infologic PIDS has a direct interface to the airport AODB where all train service data are received. PIDS in turn sends train service information to the train station Public Address System which provides the train station with automatic train information system.
